• Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

• Accessories, undergarments, or hygiene-sensitive products.
• Customized or made-to-order items.

3. 🧾 Process for Return/Exchange

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Share your order number, reason for return, and pictures of the item (if defective).
• Once approved, you’ll be guided on how to send the item back.

4. 🚚 Shipping Charges

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• In case of a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping.

5. 💸 Refunds

• We currently offer exchange or store credit only.
• Refunds are only issued if the product is unavailable or cannot be replaced.
